A Tuberosity claim involves the removal of a tooth which in turn breaks off part of the jawbone, usually the lower jaw or mandible.  The allegation in most dental claims involves the dentist not taking a proper xray before trying to remove the tooth in order to asses the shape of the tooth, or sometimes using too much pressure in removing the tooth causing the jaw to break.
