The following selected dental related negligence cases have been recently settled out of Court by Mr Alex Bodza:

H -v- Rossouw (2005). Negligent orthodontic treatment of TMJ problems over a 7 year period. Damages £10,000

M-v-Crouse (2005). Wrongful extraction of four decidous or baby teeth. Damages £1850

M -v-Fallowfield (2005). Wrongful root canal treatment of LL6 instead of LL7 due to negligent placement of the rubber dam.  Damages £3200

J -v- Hartley (2005). Unecessary extraction of LR8 and LR7. Damages £1030

D -v Halvorsen (2005).  A piece of fractured dental instrument left in patients LR2 tooth which subsequently required extraction due to infection. Damages £1000

F -v- Karia (2005).  Substandard root treatment of LL6, failure to diagnose and treat caries to LL7, and secondary caries to LL5.  Damages £5000.  Full Details...
